Requirements + Proven experience as a Sous Chef or similar role in a high-volume, reputable restaurant. + Outstanding culinary skills with a strong passion for food and hospitality. + Ability to determine priorities and effectively manage resources in a fast-paced environment. + Strong leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team. + In-depth knowledge of kitchen equipment, sanitation regulations, and safety protocols. + Culinary degree or equivalent professional experience is preferred.
