Responsible to assist the Chef de Cuisine in running the assigned kitchen as an independent profit centre, in line with the outlet’s operating concept and Hyatt International standards, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction while operating within budget, helping to ensure the financial success of the outlet.

Ideally you have a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management. Minimum 5-6 years work experience in hotel operations. Good customer service, communications and interpersonal skills are a must.
