Your Key Responsibilities

负责单向离合器设计（公差链计算/FEA应力仿真）

负责创建/变更图纸（客户图纸EDD/生产图纸EDP）

负责创建/变更DFMEA

解读转化客户输入，开发单向离合器设计 （包含子零件设计，样品设计，量产设计）

从技术角度支持产线相关问题（如设计变更，支持装配方案，支持设计相关质量问题，偏差放行）

负责与零件供应商的TR讨论

支持返回件的分析

Your Qualifications

本科及以上学历

有5年以上单向离合器的设计经验，楔块式单向离合器更佳

能听说写英文
