Job Description · Assist with planning, scoping, and risk assessment activities as needed.  · Gain a comprehensive understanding of the various business processes being evaluated  · Independently lead projects to identify key controls that mitigate risk of material misstatement.  · Conduct risk assessments and assist in the development of control objectives and testing plans.  · Develop and maintain relevant documentation, including process flow diagrams.  · Support the creation of reports using Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate  · Identify opportunities to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the Program.  · Help design and implement initiatives that foster control ownership within the organization.  · Support the co-source in conducting assessments of design and operational effectiveness.  · Effectively document and communicate exceptions in accordance with internal guidance.  · Evaluate deficiencies as required and including drafting memos for aggregation.  · Work collaboratively with management to remediate deficiencies.  · Keep management apprised of testing status and escalate exceptions / key issues for review.
