Key Accountabilities:

 

Assists in the setting up and cleaning of treatment rooms and Fitness Centre Checks changing areas, replenishes guest supplies and removes all dirty linen and towels in a timely manner Attends to guests in the relaxation areas, ensures they receive appropriate service and refreshments as required Acts as Spa and Wellness reception and deals with guest procedures, orientation of facilities when required

General Requirements:

 

Minimum 1 year of experience in hotel or similar role / function Experience within a similar environment where the focus is on high standards of cleanliness and hygiene Fluent Cantonese is required; ability of English and Mandarin communication is an advantage
