Overview Job Overview: As a Spa Concierge at The Spa at Naples Grande, you will be the first point of contact for our esteemed guests, offering exceptional service and personalized attention in a luxurious spa environment. You will be responsible for creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere and ensuring a seamless guest experience from arrival to departure. Your role at the Spa front desk will involve managing reservations, providing information about spa treatments and services, and assisting with any guest requests, all while embodying the highest standards of hospitality. Key Responsibilities: Guest Reception and Service: Warmly greet guests upon arrival, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued. Offer a personalized introduction to the spa, including its services, facilities, and amenities. Handle guest inquiries with expert knowledge of treatments, promotions, and wellness offerings. Covers cashier station at hotel gift shop as needed Reservations and Scheduling: Manage phone calls, emails, and in-person requests for spa bookings, ensuring accurate scheduling of treatments and services. Maintain the spa's appointment system, balancing client preferences with therapist availability. Provide confirmations, reminders, and any pre-treatment instructions to guests. Spa Operations Support: Assist with administrative tasks, including processing payments, managing client profiles, and updating treatment schedules. Keep the front desk area organized, ensuring the presentation reflects the luxury nature of the spa. Coordinate with spa therapists, In-room dining, engineering, IT and other departments to ensure smooth operations. Any additional duties as assigned by management Customer Relations and Problem Solving: Address any guest concerns or complaints with professionalism and efficiency, aiming to resolve issues and enhance the guest experience. Offer recommendations and upsell treatments or retail products based on guest needs and preferences. Maintain an updated knowledge of seasonal promotions, wellness products, and new services offered at the spa. Qualifications: Experience: Previous experience in a luxury spa, hotel, or hospitality environment preferred. Prior experience in a front desk or guest relations role is highly desirable. Prior experience using Book 4 Time is highly desirable Skills: Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail. Proficiency in scheduling software and basic administrative tasks. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Attributes: Professional demeanor and polished appearance. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. A positive, can-do attitude with a focus on guest satisfaction and team collaboration.
