GENERAL SUMMARY

The Spa Concierge Supervisor assists Spa Management with overseeing, training and coaching the Concierge team. Consistently provides and models outstanding World Class guest service while enforcing club rules and policies and ensuring all daily procedures and general operations run smoothly and efficiently. Guest service is performed with enthusiasm, friendliness, courtesy, and a willingness to help others. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Provides constant training and feedback to Concierge Team Oversees Spa Concierge Desk and Reservations, Relaxation Lounges, Spa Locker Rooms and Spa Dining Room Motivates and leads Concierge Team Works directly with the Assistant Manager of Guest Services to instill exceptional guest service standards and hold Concierge Team accountable for these standards Supports Spa Management with implementing new procedures and policies Ensures “Show Readiness” at: Concierge Desk, Reservations, all spa retail areas, Relaxation Lounges, Spa Locker Rooms, Spa Dining Room and ensures all support cast are “show ready” at all times Thoroughly communicates new information on spa services, products (retail), service providers and club services and events to Concierge Team Supports Assistant Manager of Guest Service Manager to maintain and update Spa Concierge training manuals and conducts training as directed, host/hostess, reservations, coordinator, events, and Executive Locker Room Practices and enforces all safety procedures Works with IT to trouble shoot issues as they arise and ensures all technical issues are communicated to IT and Spa Management Ensures all Spa Concierge policies and procedures are followed and communicates any issues or recommendations for changes to Assistant Manager of Guest Services First point of contact for resolving guest opportunities by identifying the situation, determining the solution and communicating with all concierge involved Willing to work extra hours or flexible schedule when called upon Performs other related duties as assigned by management
