Job Description
The Spa Front Desk Agent assumes a pivotal role in the Spa operation relating directly and indirectly to the overall guest satisfaction and to the ultimate success of the Hotel and Spa. Given the integral nature of the position, the spa concierge demeanor must be reflective at all times of the highest quality standards of professionalism exemplified by Omni Hotels, as they are responsible for the best experience possible being both the first and last point of contact. A consistently positive attitude and knowledge of all facets of the operation with attention to detail are required.
Responsibilities Have knowledge of all Spa and Salon services; communicate the details of spa treatments, product lines used, and benefits of each with guests.Check guests in and out according to Omni StandardsSchedule spa appointments and accurately confirm them in accordance with Omni Hotel & Resorts Moments of Service.Recommend and up-sell services and products.Provide tours of the spa and offer/serve beverages as needed.Communicate spa promotions with guests.Maintain a clean, safe, stocked and well organized work area.Assist with special projects and other assignments, as directed by management.Help in other area of the spa as needed.Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent.Must have computer and phone skillsPrevious customer service experience requiredPrevious cashiering & receptionist experience is preferredAbility to accurately and efficiently input information into computer systemsAbility to prioritize, organize and follow up all responsibilitiesAbility to communicate effectivelyAbility to lift, carry, push, pull 25 lbs.Ability to stand for an 8 hour shiftAbility to work a flexible schedule to include nights, weekends and holidays
Pay: $17.50/hour. The pay scale provided is a range that Omni Hotels & Resorts reasonably expects to pay. Actual compensation offered may fluctuate based on a candidate’s qualifications and/or experience.
