SPA FRONT DESK ASSOCIATE

Overview of Position : The Spa Front Desk Associate at Windham Mountain Club will create a warm and welcoming environment for club members, efficiently manage front desk responsibilities, oversee inventory, ensure the facility is maintained appropriately, and that all guests receive a premier experience.
Job Qualifications :
+ Prior Guest Services/Front Desk experience
+ Familiarity with Spa software is highly preferred
Job Duties: The list below best represents many of the tasks you will be asked to perform at some time during your employment at Windham Mountain Club.
+ Greet and escort spa guests
+ Schedule service appointments
+ Perform standard telephone procedures
+ Process retail sales transactions
+ Consult with guests and service technicians to provide appropriate retail product recommendations.
+ Wash and fold laundry
+ Monitor product inventory to ensure treatments can be performed as described on spa menu.
+ Ensure treatment rooms are stocked, neat, orderly and clean.
+ Other duties as assigned
Work Schedule and Conditions: We are in the business of providing a premier product and experience for our guests. Traditionally our busy periods are during weekends and holiday periods which you will be expected to work. You may also expect to be asked to work extra hours or days on occasion, especially during the holiday periods.
