The Full Specialist is responsible for providing luxury facial and nail services in accordance with spa protocols, ensuring that each guest receives the highest quality experience. This position reports directly to the Spa Director and plays an integral role in maintaining the spa’s reputation for excellence. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Guest Services: Perform professional facials, nail services, and esthetic treatments, maintaining consistent quality across all guest interactions. Train new hires on protocols and best practices. Product and Inventory Management: Maintain an adequate stock of supplies necessary for all services, including skincare and nail products, linens, and other essential tools. Facility Standards: Keep workstations neat, clean, and organized, adhering to the luxury standards of the spa. Collaboration: Provide support in all areas of the spa as needed, ensuring smooth daily operations. Service Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all services offered, as well as emerging trends in skincare and nail care. Client Education: Address guest questions about the products and services provided, offering expert guidance. Spa Promotion: Actively promote spa treatments, retail items, and special offers to enhance guest experience and revenue. Team Participation: Attend and contribute to team meetings, trainings, and spa events, supporting the overall goals of the spa. Flexible Scheduling: Work flexible hours to meet the needs of the spa, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and support new hire training. Professionalism: Arrive punctually for all shifts and appointments, maintaining a reliable and professional demeanor. Additional Duties: Perform other related duties as assigned by the Spa Director to meet the evolving needs of the spa. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum of two years’ experience in a luxury spa or hospitality environment preferred. Valid professional Florida State License in esthetics and nail services required. Multiple licenses, including massage therapy, strongly preferred. Passion for delivering exceptional guest service. Ability to perform all luxury treatments listed on the spa menu.
