About the location:

About the role

The Conference Service Manager primary role is to serve as the client's sole hotel liaison to all hotel divisions to arrange and support corporate and group bookings, meetings and social event.

Recognizes opportunities to maximize revenue by up-selling and offering enhancements to create outstanding events.

Supports the Director of Catering. And Supervise junior management and staffs of the team.

Maintain a harmonious and professional relationship with co-workers, supervisors and all departments.Comply with and enforce Four Seasons’ Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as set forth in EmPact.Assist in other areas of the department as needed.

Product Functions

Maintain cleanliness, set-ups and spa standards in the locker rooms, work out areas, ofuro, and steam rooms. Additionally, it might be required to maintain in fitness and pool areas if  the need arises.    Respond to all interactions in an efficient, courteous and professional manner to achieve maximum customer satisfaction and comfortComply with all Four Seasons’ policies and proceduresSet-up and maintain spa including refreshments, locker rooms, work out areas, pre-treatment area and waiting rooms.Handle all guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible; resolve customer complaints; assist customers in all inquiries in connection with spa services.Assist guests with use and set-up of fitness machines.Introduce guests to spa services practitioners (massage therapists and fitness instructors etc.)Keep locker areas neat and tidy at all times.Retrieve, deliver, and store/set-up products from purchasingClean and stock waiting areaAssist other staff with set-up and breakdown of their respective treatment areas (massage therapists, fitness instructors and wellness programs, etc.)Perform any additional duties as assigned by the management.

Assist guest to their appointments as they relate to the Spa servicesPractise safe working habit’s and keep locker areas safe for all guest and staff.

Product Functions

Solve problems and/or suggest alternatives to previous arrangements if necessary.Leads pre-event and post-event meetings for assigned groups.Identifies operational challenges associated with his/her group and works with the property staff and customer to solve these challenges and/or develop alternative solutions.Manages customer budgets to maximize revenue and meet customer needs.Oversees his/her customer experiences from file turnover through the post event phase until turnover back to sales.Conducts pre- and post-event meetings as required to review/communicate group needs and feedback.Manages group room blocks and meeting space for assigned groups.Adheres to all standards, policies, and procedures.Celebrates successes and publicly recognizes the contributions of team members.Ensure all local and corporate policies, rules, internal controls and procedures and safeguards.Perform any additional duties as assigned by the Director of Catering.

Profit Functions

Manages revenue and profitability associated with events.Forecasts group sleeping rooms and event revenue (catering and audio-visual) for his/her groups.Reviews billing and payments with clients.

Schedule & Hours:

•     40 working hours per week. 

•     10 days off every month except February (9 days)
