As a Spa Manager, you’ll support the Spa Director in overseeing daily operations, ensuring the highest standards of quality and service, and fostering a peaceful and rejuvenating atmosphere for guests. This role involves supervising spa associates, managing inventory, and implementing service improvements, all while supporting the spa’s reputation as a top relaxation destination.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Support: Partner with the Spa Director in the daily management of spa services, taking charge of operations when the Director is unavailable. Product Management: Assist with product selection, purchasing, and display to enhance the retail environment and guest experience. Inventory Oversight: Maintain equipment and supply inventories, ensuring associates have the resources they need within budgetary limits. Guest Satisfaction: Lead associates in delivering exceptional service, responding to guest feedback, and handling guest concerns professionally. Staff Leadership: Supervise associates’ performance, providing ongoing feedback and training to meet high service standards. Sales & Revenue Optimization: Support sales efforts and service pricing strategies to maximize department revenue, and lead staff in effective upselling. Event & Promotion Coordination: Organize spa promotions, special events, and holiday offerings to boost sales and create memorable guest experiences.

Education & Experience

High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred. 3+ years of experience in a spa environment preferred.
