As the Spa Manager at Little Creek Casino Resort, you’ll oversee daily operations, ensuring revenue growth, cost efficiency, and unforgettable guest experiences. Key Highlights of the Role:

Foster effective communication with team members, guests, management, and vendors. Manage staff and client schedules to maximize revenue and profitability. Design in-house promotions and activities to drive sales and engage customers. Analyze financial reports and provide insights on revenue and expenses. Monitor payroll to align with budgetary goals. Oversee service and product margins to ensure ongoing profitability. Lead initiatives to boost retail sales through training and performance tracking. Deliver value-driven, competitive services that delight guests. Cultivate a team culture of problem-solving, fairness, and customer care. Create a motivating environment of sincerity, warmth, and fun for staff and guests. Implement ongoing skills training to ensure service standards are being upheld. Develop and monitor job descriptions and staff goal planning. Requirements A Bachelor’s degree in business administration OR An Associate of Arts Degree and four (4) years of related experience OR A High School Diploma with six (6) years of related experience. At least two (2) years of prior Spa Management experience is required. Must successfully pass a pre-employment background check.
