Key Accountabilities

Ensure proper operation in Spa & Fitness Organize scheduling to maximize use of time and profitability Deal with client feedback and complaints professionally Telephone and Reservation system management.

General Requirements

Bilingual -Native Japanese Speaker plus English. Client interaction skills and experience working in a of ‘front of house’ environment
