Key Responsibilities

Be able to advise accurate treatments information and products to clients to get their patronage and to maximize the revenue. Handled general requests for information and data; handled delicate situations, such as - customer requests, special needs and complaints and developed relationships with guests to meet their needs and satisfaction for repeated service to maximize the revenue. Completed all monetary transactions and responsible for accurate accounting of all transactions made to prevent any mistake. To upsell spa treatment and merchandise to achieve target and revenue budget. Prepare accurate daily report, weekly report and statistic to be able to improve performance overall. 

 

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field. Minimum experience 1 year as Spa Receptionist Excellent English communication skill
