Spa Suite Concierge (fixed-term) Aqua Sana Forest Spa is an award-winning spa offering a combination of experiences, products and treatments. Each spaone at each Center Parcs locationis uniquely designed, with up to 25 spa experience rooms to explore. There is also an extensive range of face and body treatments available to book, carried out by expert therapists using products from the finest product houses including Elemis, Comfort Zone and VOYA.Aqua Sana Forest Spa is extremely popular and is accessible to both guests staying on the Village as a Center Parcs guest, and external guests who visit Aqua Sana Forest Spa during Spa Days and Spa Breaks.SPA CONCIERGE (fixed-term)11.60 per hourAs a SpaConcierge you will provide a professional and friendly welcome to all Aqua Sana Spa Suite Guests, ensuring the smooth running of the Guest Service Journey and delivering the best possible experience.You will act as a point of contact for the guests staying in the suites and in conjunction with the Senior Therapists ensuring that bookings and queries are dealt with efficiently and booking opportunities are maximised to ensure profitability for the spa whilst maintaining the highest level of guest care.The role requires an outgoing approach, accompanied with enthusiasm at all times and a passion to deliver customer satisfaction.Duties will include:Ensuring all guests are greeted in a bright, professional and friendly manner and ensuring their requests/queries are dealt with efficientlyWorking alongside theentire Aqua Sana team to ensure the smooth running of the departmentChecking the spa and general areas on a regular basis and ensuring they are to the required standardEscalating any issues to the Aqua Sana Duty ManagerCarrying out productseminar demonstrations as and when requiredHOURS OF WORKThis is a fixed-term role until January 2026.You will be contracted to work 60 hours per 4-week period on a flexible basis. This means that your days and hours of work could vary each week, but you will always receive at least your contracted hours each period. These shifts will fall between 8am and 4pm and will include working 2 out of 4 weekends.As our village is open 365 days of the year, your working hours will include weekends, public / bank holidays and during Christmas and / or New Year on a rota basis.ABOUT YOUEssential requirements:Excellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong organisational skills and attention to detailComputer literacyPre-empts problems and seeks to find solutionsPrevious experience of working within a similar role / beauty industryPrevious experience of working in a customer service environmentAbility to build relationships at all levelsFriendly, genuine and warm towards guests and colleaguesAbility to utilise excellent time management skills and use own initiative and teamworkDesirable requirements:Previous experience with spa / leisure booking systemABOUT THE BENEFITSCenter Parcs is a fantastic place to work and the benefits are as impressive as they are unique.
