Four Seasons Hotel and Residences New Orleans is looking for a Spa Supervisor. This person must have a commitment and passion to providing and leading the Spa team to deliver first-class service according to the Four Seasons Standards, including ensuring that the guests’ needs are met and being an ambassador for spa products.
What you will do:
As an integral member of the Spa, the Spa Supervisor is responsible for:
Oversee daily spa operations, including appointment scheduling, staff management, and customer service.
Train Receptionists and ensure all tasks are being executed according to Four Seasons’ brand standards.
Guide and support staff to ensure that the guest experience is seamless throughout assigned shifts. Address any guest issues and ensure they are solved.
Support the Assistant Spa Manager and Director of Spa in analyzing data, compiling accurate reports, and ensuring general cleanliness of the spa.
Developing and implementing marketing strategies to attract and retain clients.
and up to date knowledge on products; implementation and set up for all spa front of house guest areas.
Comply with the hotel's rules and regulations and in particular, the policies and procedures relating to Fire, Hygiene, Health and Safety are executed. Ensure staff does the same.
Attend any necessary trainings, staff meetings, etc.
Perform any additional tasks as assigned by the Director of Spa, Assistant Spa Manager, or Hotel leadership team.
What you will bring:
High School education or equivalent experience
Must have firm knowledge of Spa operations
Preferred 1-2 years of experience in related position with Four Seasons or other organization in spa or beauty industries. Must be proficient in speaking English.
Must have exceptional guest service and excellent communications skills to interact with guests and staff.
Must be able to work independently and have problem-solving skills.
Must possess a work authorization for/be able to work in the United States

Schedule and Hours:
