As a Spa Supervisor you’ll be responsible for supervising and supporting the day to day activities of the spa and fitness center while ensuring guests receive a soothing world-class spa experience.

Responsibilities

QUALIFICATIONS:

Two (2)years of previous supervisory experience required experience in a Spa atmosphere preferredExcellent organizational skills to function effectively under time constraints and within established deadlines with particular attention to detail and excellence in guest serviceMust have the ability to communicate clearly and directly with guests using a positive clear speaking voice both in person and over the phoneAbility to observe performance and detect signs of emergency situations and respond with proper actionAbility to participate in the creation of an enjoyable work environmentAbility to effectively deal with internal and external customers and staff some of whom will require high levels of patience tact and diplomacyMust be willing and have the ability to work a varied schedule that may include evenings and weekends

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assisting in scheduling employees and assigning work to ensure proper coverageEnsuring that all team members are properly trained and have the tools and equipment needed to effectively perform their jobsPerforming opening and closing dutiesAssisting with scheduling spa appointments and servicesAssisting with ongoing training of the Rock Spa teamMaintaining a neat and clean work environmentInteracting with guests in a professional and service oriented mannerAnswering questions about available services general property information and amenities of the spa fitness center and propertyPromoting and selling spa services and retail productsResolving guest complaints and communicating with the Spa Director regarding the issue and resolution in a timely mannerMonitoring supply of guest amenities and supplies and completing purchase orders as appropriateMaintaining an up to date working knowledge of all spa services packages promotions and retail products offered Property Details Boldly reimagined, intentionally honored, rich with comfort.
