What You'll Do:The Spa Supervisor plays a key role in overseeing the daily operations of the spa and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our clients. The Spa Supervisor is responsible for managing staff, maintaining regulatory compliance, and fostering a welcoming and professional atmosphere. The ideal candidate possesses strong leadership skills, exceptional organizational abilities, and a passion for the dermatology industry.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of spa professionals to deliver exceptional service to our guests.
- Manage daily spa operations, including inventory management.
- Uphold the highest standards of customer service and satisfaction, ensuring all clients receive personalized attention and care.
- Address client inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner, striving to exceed expectations at every opportunity.
- Monitor client feedback and implement improvements to enhance the overall client experience.
- Oversee inventory management, including ordering supplies and maintaining appropriate stock levels
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to assess facility cleanliness, equipment functionality, and adherence to established protocols.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements to continuously improve services and offerings.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
What We're Looking For:- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a spa role.
- Must be detail oriented.
- Must have excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing.
- Demonstrated leadership experience. Must be able to demonstrate leadership by serving as an example to others with regard to professional behavior, handling multiple tasks, maintaining a positive attitude, and in response to organizational change.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint is required. Must be able to learn new software quickly.
- Must possess excellent leadership, organizational, and computer skills.
- Ability to work effectively and cooperatively with staff, clients, and the public.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize appropriately, and work well both individually and as part of a team.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of information
