Waldorf Astoria Spa is looking for a Spa Supervisor to join this gorgeous Atlanta property!
\nLocated in one of Atlanta's most prestigious neighborhoods, the Waldorf Astoria Spa is a restorative oasis in which to relax, revive and rejuvenate. Featuring 13 treatment rooms, pools including a 60-foot saline lap pool, and a couples' suite. We offer signature therapies and treatments including body wraps, exfoliators and massages. Waldorf Astoria Spa is located on the third floor of the Waldorf Astoria Atlanta Buckhead hotel. This 42-story tower has over 200 rooms (127 guest rooms plus residences), over 10,000 square feet of meeting space, and 3 food and beverage outlets. This includes the 3-meal restaurant, bar, and in-room dining.

What will I be doing?
\n\n
As a Spa Supervisor, you will assist the Director of Spa and Wellness in supervising and maintaining the integrity of the Spa operation. You will ensure the guest experience is one that is beyond and expectations of the guest. Oversee and monitor the Spa Attendants and Spa Concierge teams. Assist in the retail operation. Offer the highest level of personalized service while maintaining a gracious, enthusiastic, helpful and professional attitude with all guests and Team Members.
\n\n\nCreate special conversations with guests, which identify personal preferences in order to record in each guest's profile history.
\n\n\nMaintain a daily record (via Book4Time software) of all guest requests, reservations and confirmations for guests.
\n\n\nManage and effectively executes guest recovery situations for the Spa.
\n\n\nSupportive leadership and effective coaching that facilitates continuous learning and skill development of team members.
\n\n\nAssist Spa Attendants and Spa Concierge with guest experience in Spa, providing tours and maintaining daily cleanliness of facility during operating hours.
\n\n\nPossess professional telephone etiquette for booking appointments, handling guests’ requests, and guests’ inquiries.
\n\n\nTroubleshoots potential guest, team members, and operational problems.
\n\n\nPrepares work schedules for personnel, trains concierge and attendants.
\n\n\nDemonstrates respect, sensitivity, and concern for guests' needs in a professional and gracious manner.
\n\n\nProvides information about the Spa and its treatments and concepts as well as pricing, as requested.
\n\n\nCommunicates and suggests Spa programs and treatments that would be appropriate for guests and residents’ needs.
\n\n\nTo understand all Spa and Salon services, treatments, and be able to explain each in a clear, precise manner.
\n\n\nMaintain par levels for beverage supplies and guest use amenities.
\n\n\nCoordinate with Housekeeping Supervisor or contract cleaning company to maintain high levels of cleanliness in nightly cleaning.
\n\n\nEnsure the overall smooth operation of the check in, check out and guest experience.
\n\n\nOrganize Spa programs for guests participating in conference/group visit.
\n\n\nLiaise with Residential Manager for resident’s requests and proactive sales programs.
\n\n\nAbility to work in a fast paced environment while maintaining a calm appearance
\n\n\nComfortable around guests in a state of undress.
\n\n\nCommunicate and describe in an articulate manner the boutique products and their benefits.
\n\n\nAbility to compare and contrast the different skin and body care products offered.
\n\n\nRecommend and up-sell products that fit the guests’ needs.
\n\n\nRegularly check physical inventory with computer inventory to ensure appropriate inventories.
\n\n\nCreate and change product displays to promote various products.
\n\n\nSpa MOD in the absence of Spa Management.
\n\n\nResponsible for initial and continual training of team members.
\n\nWhat are we looking for?
\nThe ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:
\n\nLeadership experience in similar role or Front Office operations.\nExcellent, reading writing and oral proficiency in the English language.\nProficient with computer skills.\nPrevious customer service and telephone reservations experience.\nGeneral accounting skills (for daily closing procedure).\nProficient in Book4Time software program (Preferred)\nHigh school diploma or equivalent required.\n\n\nSince being founded in 1919, Hilton has been a leader in the hospitality industry.
