Overview Contributes to Talent Acquisition function through support of Recruitment team and focus on candidate experience. Key responsibilities include; scheduling interviews, documenting requisition processes, coordinating internal job postings, preliminary candidate reviews, and acting as liaison for candidates throughout requisition process. Additional tasks include organizing onboarding activities such as background checks, and Stakeholder management. Works within specific limits and authority on assignments that are routine and of low to moderate complexity. How you'll make an impact Expertize at least in one ATS/Recruitment Module (PeopleSoft, Taleo, Workday, iCIMS) Exposure to hire processes in US, UK & APAC Proficient in English both verbal & written, Direct interaction with stake holders Ability to create/manage Requisition life cycle in an ATS Proficiency in candidate Management (scheduling interviews, manage candidates/recruiter/stakeholders). Understanding of post offer process (offer signoff, BGI, Onboarding, candidate engagement till joining.) Should be proficient in understanding Process Maps, SOP, RACI About you Ability to manage data sets in excel for creating internal Dashboards Ability to write basic macros, MS forms, SharePoint for Automation.
