All Native Group is seeking to fill the role of Space & Missile Defense Business and Staff Support. Provides operational, administrative, and strategic support to organizations involved in space and missile defense systems. This role will focus on facilitating program efficiency, ensuring compliance with policies, and supporting the business functions critical to advancing space and missile defense capabilities.

 

Essential Functions

Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing space and missile defense initiatives.Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and milestones to ensure adherence to schedules.Prepare and maintain documentation, including reports, presentations, and records for program tracking.Support budget development, financial tracking, and resource allocation for programs.Conduct analysis to improve operational processes and enhance program efficiency.Collaborate with leadership to develop strategic plans and business goals.Facilitate communication between teams, departments, and external stakeholders.Schedule and manage meetings, briefings, and events related to missile defense operations.Assist in workforce planning, including staffing requirements and role alignment.Ensure adherence to government regulations, defense protocols, and organizational policies.Review and maintain compliance documentation for audits and reviews.Serve as a point of contact for interagency and international collaboration efforts.Provide input on operational strategies and represent the team in stakeholder discussions.May be requested and required to participate in Proposal Support functions due to expertise

Work Environment

 This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

 

Physical Demands

Must be able to remain in a stationary position 75% of the time.Occasionally moves about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, and computer printer.Expresses or exchanges ideas by means of the spoken word.  Those activities in which they must convey detailed or important spoken instructions to other workers accurately, loudly, or quickly.Frequently moves standard office equipment up to 25 pounds.Must be able to work indoor conditions 90% of the time.

 

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms.

 

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position. Typical days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.  Evening and weekend hours required, as required by business need.

 

Travel

Travel is primarily local during the business day, although some out-of-the-area and overnight travel may be expected.

 

Experience

Minimum of five (5) years of experienceAeronautical or astronautical EngineeringSatellite Operations, Communications, and TelemetryCommercial Remote Sensing

 

Education

Bachelor’s degree in physics, Aeronautical or Astronautical engineering, international affairs, political science, intelligence, national security, or other field directly related to the contract requirements.

Master’s or Doctor’s degree in one of the fields above.
