**Description of Duties:**
The **Space Operations & Project Manager** supports the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) on the Integrated Research and Development for Enterprise Solutions (IRES) contract. The candidate will:
• Inform the task orders leadership with upcoming due dates and status of watch items, provide recommendations on owing actions by applying relevant knowledge, and support stakeholders in planning processes, this includes:
• Coordination and monitoring of Task order contractual deliverables and deadlines.
• Supporting the knowledge management team on development and coordination requirements on contractual documentation creation and delivery.
• Monitoring Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) requirements for the task order by ensuring the right team members are tracking up coming due dates, leading working meetings, and monitoring internal milestones to ensure proper development and delivery.
• Managing the MDSEA non-disclosure agreement (NDA) documentation by monitoring active NDAs and maintaining accurate and relevant documentation, initiating and processing required updates, and facilitating new personnel requirements.
• Leading subcontract development and completion by monitoring upcoming expirations, Facilitation of renewal initiation with proper control account manager, monitoring of Statement of Work (SOW) updates, and proper coordination for initiation of proper work vehicle.
• Monitoring discrete projects by overseeing schedule milestones, working closely with the project team and providing reporting to task orders leadership on status.
• Managing the MDSEA Account management process by managing and actively monitoring the SharePoint site, initiating accounts for new hires, and owning MDSEA Account token management.
• Facilitation of personnel In/Out/Move Processing for the task order by managing seating charts, coordinating with move coordinators, working with the proper teams for equipment updates, physical moves and facilitation of employee coordination. Managing all badge processing, equipment assignment and general tracking of all in/out processing actions.

**Basic Requirements:**
Must have one of the following combinations of education and experience: HS Diploma (or GED) and 12 years of general experience; Associate’s degree and 10 years of general experience; Bachelor’s degree and 8 years of general experience; Master’s degree and 6 years of general experience
• Experience managing day-to-day activities of a company or organization, including processes, systems, and resources.
• Experience with tasks associated with project management, data analysis, process improvement, and effective collaboration with different teams to achieve managerial goals.
• Experience with strategic planning.
• Must have 6 years of directly related experience.
• Must have 3 years of experience in management or leadership roles.
• Must have an active Secret clearance.

This position is expected to pay **$100,000 - $125,000** annually; depending on experience, education, and any certifications that are directly related to the position.
