**About the Role:**
As a CBRE Space Planner, you will work with client teams for all non-project-related inquiries throughout the space planning process.
This job is part of the Moves, Additions and Changes function. They are responsible for building space design, construction, and moving services.
**What You’ll Do:**
+ Track and monitor all small to medium-sized non-project-related moves, planning, and inventory of furniture and workstations.
+ Collect, organize, and evaluate data related to the client’s facility requirements and physical space needs.
+ Complete a supply and demand assessment data evaluation and provide recommendations to the client for review.
+ Attend meetings with client representatives and assist with the facilitation of the planning of space requirements.
+ Update drawings and related databases.
+ Report to client and service delivery partners on work environment and delivery efficiency and effectiveness.
+ Have some knowledge of standard principles with limited practical experience in applying them.
+ Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values.
+ Impact the quality of own work.
+ Work within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.
+ Exchange straightforward information, ask questions, and check for understanding.

+ Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
+ Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems.
+ Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments.
+ In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
+ Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset.
+ Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
+ CAD experience required
+ Excellent interpersonal skills
+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
+ Full understanding of MEP building infrastructure systems and distribution
+ Experience working embedded within a Workplace Services department preferred
