Internal Grade: E

Location: Nottingham/Hybrid

The Group Real Estate & Workplace team supports over 40 locations across UK&I, APAC and EMEA regions. The Space Planner is responsible for the provision of space planning support across the international region, engaging with the RE&W group, HR and business group leads.

You will

Develop floor plansDevelop preferred space management systemSupport in developing test fit options for workplace projects.Analyse occupancy reports to assess workplace utilisation to assist with space analysis and projections to ensure best utilisation of our sitesAssist with planning moves and changesObtain periodic headcount growth data from the businessHelp develop the methods, procedures, and systems used to increase overall effectiveness of facilities utilization and space optimization Behaviours

Qualifications

Required Experience:

The ability to assess space requirements and usage patterns to create efficient layouts

Creativity: Developing solutions to optimize space and enhance the work environment

Proven ability to initiate improvement programs

Proven experience working in a migration / space planning management role

Good level of knowledge of AutoCAD and space management systems

Good level of knowledge of main packages including Microsoft suite

Qualifications

Membership of the Institute of Workplace and Facilities Management, or recognized equivalent
