This role organizes and optimizes workspace layouts to enhance operational efficiency and employee experience. The ideal candidate will analyze space utilization, coordinate projects, and ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory standards. Additionally, they will support daily facility operations. We are looking for a highly motivated team player with strong communication and customer service skills. **Your Impact** + Supporting the greater region may also be required + Organizes and optimizes workspace layouts to support operational efficiency and employee needs + Analyzing space utilization, coordinating projects, and ensuring compliance with organizational and regulatory standards + Work to support all facility (day-to-day) operational activities + The role primarily operates in an office environment with occasional site visits required. Some travel may be necessary based on project demands **Your Experience** + Bachelor’s degree in interior design, architecture, facilities management, or a related field or equivalent military experience required + 2+ years of experience in space planning, facilities coordination, or a similar role + Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or related design software + Strong organizational and analytical skills + Effective communication and interpersonal abilities + Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines + Experience in High Tech global company, advantage + Experienced G-suite user + Effective written and verbal communication, Hebrew and English + Must work well with fellow employees, working towards common goals + A desire to become the best version of oneself and to create a great place to work for others + A sense of humor and grace under pressure Competencies + Action Oriented + Customer Service focussed + Building and Maintaining (internal and external) relationships + Creative, Solution driven + Taking ownership + Ability to communicate at different levels + “Hands on” mentality + Decisive + Ability to adjust to evolving business needs at short notice + Team player **The Team** The Places team is responsible for creating and maintaining a productive, efficient, and engaging workplace environment.
