In industrialization department, our mission is guarantee the technical/digital means needed to execute manufacturing and tests processes for Space Electronic equipment with excellence performance. 

Our way of working is built upon trust, based on the principles of collaboration & cooperation, autonomy/accountability and flexibility. Our activities are split into missions whose set-up are integrated in different Space business: Launchers, Earth Exploration (Copernicus), Space Exploration (Artemis), Commercial (Telecommunications Satellites).

We are looking for candidates who are sharing our values and want to make a true impact at Space Electronic business moving things faster, gaining agility, and being Innovative.

Your main tasks and responsibilities will be: 


-    Define, specify, implement and support Manufacturing Industrial projects for Space Areas from the beginning until the work environment is align with quality, time and cost objectives. 
-    Simulate scenarios and define way forward for Productions ramp up.
-    Define standard way of working and governance model for the whole line: Processes, Work Stations, manufacturing sequence, lay out, Workflows, Incident/ Non conformity treatment, PPS, Panels …
-    Define, specify, implement and support for industrial means according to customers requirement and ergonomics standards focus on an spacecraft equipment automatic manufacturing line
-    Support and Lead continuous improvement according Manufacturing needs/feedback: Kaizen, PPS, defining industrial means requirement.
-    Lead Industrial point of view for Design for manufacturing processes in collaboration with Engineering department.
-    Member of multifunctional team for PFMEA, Control Plan, MSA, KCs.
-    Support and Procedures and process optimization and verification.
-    Support and troubleshooting in the shop floor.
-    Challenge and improve manufacturing methods and process and implement best practices according to Quality, Cost and Time.

Educational & background requirements

Higher Education (Grade or Master) related to Aeronautic, Industrial, Electronic Engineering

At least 5 years experienced leading Industrialization/Improvement Projects (Production and Test Sytems, Lean, MES..).
Electronic manufacturing and Digitalization knowledge will be valued positively.
Digital mindset (automation of tasks, scripting, use of digital design tools and simulators)

LANGUAGE: English / Spanish
