Space Systems Test Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Space Systems Test Analyst that will support a critical Department of Defense prototyping project. Prototype focuses on multi-domain operations. You will work with a cross-functional team conducting test operations within a modeling and simulation environment. Duties will involve planning, executing, analyzing, and reporting on prototype system performance. Operations will occur with both unclassified and classified environments. You will regularly coordinate with the technical leadership of the prototype Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) to ensure complete understanding of the systems under test as well as the means of data capture. You will provide technical expertise in testing processes, analytics, and reporting. You will also work with, create model-based systems engineering products in support of the prototype effort. Additionally, within the overall effort you will manage smaller projects effectively and efficiently. Finally, you will utilize organizational skills and demonstrate the ability to work well with others, exercise strong written and oral communication skills, multitask, and exhibit strong attention to detail and excellent follow-through skills. The salary range is $140,000.00 to $210,000.00 annually with benefits. Final compensation for this position will be determined by various factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.

Required:

BS or BA degree5+ years related experience including military testing activitiesExperience leading and executing test activitiesIn-depth knowledge of Space Domain AwarenessIn-depth knowledge of test executionFamiliarity with operational threat scenarios and common threat behaviorsFamiliarity with space systems and their support of terrestrial operationsSome travelMust have an in-scope Top Secret security clearance

MS degreeExperience in model-based system engineering tools usageKnowledge of common figures of merit related to track kinematic accuracy and identity confidenceExperience with M&S tools such as AFSIM, NGTS, SPySE, or othersProgramming language experienceExperience using data analytics software toolsExperience with project management
