We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Bilingual Phlebotomist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in drawing blood using straight needles and will have the ability to communicate fluently in Spanish, THIS IS A MUST.
**** This role involves working at a patient service center where you will perform a variety of blood draws using STRAIGHT needle only ****
Schedule: The work hours are Monday to Friday from 8am to 4pm, and Saturdays from 8am to 12pm ( must commit to schedule)
ResponsibilitiesPerform blood draws using straight needles on a daily basis.Utilize butterfly needles for difficult blood draws as necessary.Draw blood from infants and pediatric patients.Process blood samples accurately and efficiently.Ensure all procedures are conducted following safety and health guidelines.Essential SkillsProficiency in phlebotomy with at least 3 years of experience using straight needles.Bilingual in Spanish and English.Experience in drawing blood from infants and pediatric patients.Ability to process blood samples.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience with butterfly needles for difficult blood draws.Flexibility for in-state travel.Adaptable to different patient service center environments.Work Environment
