Service Manager
Your role and responsibilities• Provides technical support and solves problems in own expertise area via remote or on-site service in any Service category (installation and commissioning; maintenance; repairs; engineering and consulting; advanced services; extensions, upgrades, and retrofits; end-of-life services, replacements, etc.• Investigates customer needs through professional consulting.• Provides technical consulting on Service solutions to management and customers.• Determines effective Service applications, equipment, and methods to develop, market, or manufacture new Service offerings to respond to customer requirements cost-effectively.• Coordinates and executes specialist Service projects in relevant areas internally and externally (e.g., create milestones, project plan, cost supervision, action steps, project reviews, and project supervision) including all commercials.• Reports work done in a timely manner and follows up when needed.• Provides recommendations to management to improve operations and customer service.• Plans activities in a timely and cost-effective way and monitors the performance.• Works with account teams to identify opportunities in the installed base.• Works to reduce cost and improves the quality of delivery of service and projects.• Determines suggestions for product and quality improvement proactively and communicates them further in the ABB organization.
Qualifications for the roleFormación Superior: Ingeniería (mecánica, eléctrica, automotriz, de materiales o campo relacioando) o Formación Profesional superior (robótica, automatización o electrónica-electricidad).Experiencia Laboral: al menos 3 años de experiencia en roles similares, especialmente en la gestión y mantenimiento de repuestos.Manejo de SAP.Manejo de Software: Familiaridad con programas de diseño asistido por ordenador (CAD) y software de gestión empresarial (CRM) para optimizar procesosCapacidad para elaborar fichas de operaciones para los montajes de los productos y dar soporte a la fabricación cuando sea necesario.Mejora continua para hacer el puesto de fabricación de recambios mucho mas industrial.Comunicación Efectiva: Capacidad para asesorar sobre las piezas adecuadas.Resolución de Problemas: Aptitud para identificar problemas rápidamente y proponer soluciones efectivas en situaciones dinámicas.Idiomas: Ingles B1-B2.
