Your key responsibilities will include:
Professional in Operation (Manufacturing/Planning, Shared Services) - min. 3 years’ experience in FMCG - ideally in BATBased by experience understanding of Spare Parts Material Data ManagementBased by experience assertive & collaborative style; able to work across multiple EM’s, cultures & time zones.Ability to collaborate with cross functional teams in a dynamic and diverse environment.Structured approach, strong analytical & project management skills.Knowledge of SAP (especially MM Module) & interest on new technology enhancementsFluent English (verbal and written), Strong MS-Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Degree preferably in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business analytics, Statistics, or equivalent fieldWhat are we looking for?
Lead the implementation of the standardized process for procuring spare parts, ensuring alignment with British American Tobacco(BAT)'s operational standards and fostering strong relationships with factory teams to optimize supply chain performance.Drive and coordinate the efficient operation of the supply chain process, leveraging in-depth knowledge of BAT’s systems to ensure customer satisfaction and cost-effective operations. Oversee the planning and analysis of Purchasing Requisitions and demand forecasting, utilizing global supply chain systems (SAP) and BAT processes to ensure accurate and timely supply chain decisions.Create Stock Transfer Orders and Purchase Orders in SAP, ensuring alignment with the weekly planning cycle and seamless integration with factory requirements.Provide guidance to global factories, working closely to reduce stock levels and external spends, while ensuring consistent supply chain efficiency.Offer comprehensive service support to factories globally, addressing their needs related to spare parts supply chain management and fostering long-term collaborative relationships.Manage transport activities associated with the internal movement of spare parts within factories, ensuring timely and efficient order-to-delivery processes.What we offer you?
