Essential Functions 

Ensures that associates involved with supply chain systems are updated with new releases, updates, and system changes. Develop and maintain tools to assure timely and accurate information to LHN requesters. Prepares stocked and supplies code carts, procedure trays/carts, and any other assigned needs in relation to this area.
Receives incoming calls from customers and suppliers accurately communicates HM, supplier issues, appropriate department and coworkers regarding supplier or HM questions in a timely manner.
Support Services for the administration of requisitioning collaboration of Supply Chain Management. Demonstrates accuracy and completion in work, quality of work and meeting deadlines. Acts as super user for ERP Supply module; and Assist and periodically trains requisitioners on the use of ERP Supply Chain module. Assists with follow up on ETAs for Purchase Orders, process credit application for approval, and reconciliation of outstanding invoices/orders.
Requests/Orders supplies and submitting invoices for Facilities, Dietary, Environmental Services, and any other departments for all services and other duties as assigned.
Acts as Reprocessing Champion to ensure savings are met in compliance with vendor functions, etc. as assigned by Supply Chain Director.
Backfills for distribution as needed for all areas of patient care supplies 

Qualifications and requirements 

AA preferred and/ or job combination of education and experience.Minimum of one (1) year of requisitioning and/or supply chain management experience required. Customer Service
experience required.
