Overall Job Summary

This position supports the Customer Marketing and Personalization team with responsibilities that include overseeing targeted/personalized emails, SMS, Push Notifications, Direct Mail, and social audiences for Tractor Supply Customers from planning phases to execution including performance tracking. This position will partner with multiple departments including Merchandising, Ecommerce, Digital Marketing, Go-To Market, Retail Media Network, Loyalty Marketing, IT, Data Engineering, Data Science, Analytics and Creative to execute Marketing plans. This position will include program management within the Customer Marketing and Analytics groups to support marketing goals.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Min 5%)

1. Manages and develops campaign details both internally and externally with vendor partners to ensure flawless deployment of email, SMS, Push, direct mail campaigns and social audiences.

2. Owns key campaign management tasks, such as, campaign development (Adobe, Zeta etc.), coupon, online promo code and creative assembly in campaigns, campaign execution, performance tracking, invoice processing, and store communications for a variety of marketing projects on an ongoing basis.

3. Troubleshoots campaign workflows, collaborates with IT Marketing, and automates campaign workflows, triggers, and journeys

4. Responsible for creating weekly reports that are communicated out to leadership and marketing teams

5. Manage timelines and task lists to ensure all project deadlines are being met.

6. Maintains campaign calendar across programs and ensure they are up to date to reflect real-time updates

7. Lead a series of weekly meetings with internal stakeholders and 3rd party vendors. Meeting topics can cover but are not limited to campaign development, creative planning, or personalization initiatives.

8. Owns roadmap documentation for the Customer Marketing and Analytics teams and responsible for ensuring the roadmap tracking sheet is updated by various team members with necessary changes and milestones to hold the teams accountable

9. Track process changes for the Customer Marketing team and maintain training documents for the team

10. Become a functional expert in customer data, which includes but is not limited to defining data elements, providing input on data structure, creating & maintaining business reporting, and aiding in training documentation as needed in support of campaign development and deployment.

Required Qualifications

3+ years’ retail campaign management experience preferred. Email, SMS, and Push notifications experience required

Education: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Computer Science, Engineering, Economics etc. Any suitable combination of education and experience will be considered.

Professional Certifications: Adobe Campaign/ESP, Zeta ESP, HTML
