District located in Fall River, MA Position: Special Ed Teachers | No License Required Start Date: 9/3/24 Length: 24/25 SY Shift: M-F | 35 hrs/wk Classroom Openings/setting: - All grade levels and classroom settings available. Will interview based on candidates preference. Description: Amergis is seeking dedicated special education para or behavior technicians with a desire to grow their career as an educator. Candidates will act as lead teacher in classroom of students with a caseload of 8-12. Teachers will have para support in classrooms. Candidates will be expected to create lesson plans following the unique learning system curriculum, write IEP goals and objectives, chart progress, and report findings at IEP meetings. Will be provided with orientations and professional developments. They will be supported by cluster coordinators, team chairs, and BCBA.
