The Special Education Teacher, under the direction of theSpecial Education Program Administrator provides quality services to specialeducation students, kindergarten through grade 12. The Special Education Teacher has a commitmentto team participation in planning and implementation of student programsincluding special instruction, tutorial assistance and consultation withgeneral education staff. General Comments Modality: 4 x Special Education Teachers Grade Level: Elementary Caseload Details: 2 x self-contained classrooms, 1 is autism specific, 1 supporting multiple classrooms 1 x resource position 1 x FMLA resource position Classroom Support: All self-contained classrooms have 3 teacher assistants, BCBA support 1 day/week and SLP support 2.5 days/week and other related services pushing in as necessary.
