Qualifications/Licensure:
MSDE Certified Special Education Teacher
Typical job duties & work environment:
Facilitate Teaching for students that suffer from a range of cognitive or behavioral disabilities. Lesson planning, IEP meetings, developments plans, etc
Specific experience required:
Must be comfortable working as a primary teacher. Ability to adapt and provide valuable instruction to special education students

The Special Education Teacher, under the direction of theSpecial Education Program Administrator provides quality services to specialeducation students, kindergarten through grade 12. The Special Education Teacher has a commitmentto team participation in planning and implementation of student programsincluding special instruction, tutorial assistance and consultation withgeneral education staff.
Minimum Requirements:
