It is for a self-contained classroom for ages Kinder-2nd grade. The class currently has 8 students (two in Kinder; four in 1st grade; two in 2nd grade). Past experience with self-contained students/classroom experience and ALT instruction is ideal. The hours would be 7:30-3:00. Start would be ASAP. The Special Education Teacher, under the direction of the Special Education Program Administrator provides quality services to special education students, kindergarten through grade 12. The Special Education Teacher has a commitment to team participation in planning and implementation of student programs including special instruction, tutorial assistance and consultation with general education staff.
