Job Title: EC/Special Education Teacher Location: Cary, NC Job Type: Full-Time, Temporary (Remainder of the School Year) Hours: 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM Start Date: February 3rd or February 10th Positions Available: + Grades K-2 + Grades 3-8 Job Description: We are seeking dedicated and experienced EC/Special Education Teachers to join our team for the remainder of the school year. The ideal candidates will have experience as lead teachers in EC/SPED classrooms and a strong understanding of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs). Responsibilities: + Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students. + Provide specialized instruction to meet the unique needs of students with disabilities. + Collaborate with general education teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student success. + Monitor and assess student progress, adjusting instruction as needed. + Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student performance and IEP goals. Qualifications: + Experience as a lead teacher in an EC/SPED classroom. + Strong understanding of IEPs. + Ability to work collaboratively with a team. + Excellent communication and organizational skills. Compensation: + Unlicensed Teachers: $30-$32 per hour, depending on experience. + Licensed Teachers: $38-$40 per hour, depending on experience.
