What you’ll do: Manage all incoming leads via TripleSeat, telephone, email and other channels; assists with managing event software Close deals and assist guests from start to finish with all event planning needs Manage annual sales goals for selected restaurants by booking group events Seek out new sales opportunities and partnerships, initiating action plans and attending networking and community events to procure new business Build guest loyalty and book repeat business Communicate with the service team all event details; partners with General Manager and Executive Chef to ensure that each event is flawlessly executed against objectives Work with the Director of Group Sales and the restaurant operations team to establish pricing for Private Dining menus; keeps competitive pricing with other restaurants and resorts in general vicinity Book small to large events and able to prioritize tasks efficiently Fox Restaurant Concepts, an entity of the Cheesecake Factory, is an Equal Opportunity & E- Verify Employer.
