THE JOB:

Lead our front-of-house team in creating unforgettable experiences for every guest in one of the most iconic entertainment venues on the planet. THE STARTING RATE: $18 an hour
THE DAY-TO-DAY:
Assist Manager: Support the Manager with floor management duties, including pre-event briefings with event staff based on direction and updates from department leadership.
Staff Scheduling: Schedule staff according to event needs, with oversight from department leaders.
Event Reporting: Complete pre- and post-event reports and ensure all equipment is appropriately checked out and returned.
Safety Monitoring: Identify and report any safety concerns to maintain a secure environment.
Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain inventory levels for all equipment and supplies to ensure readiness.
Guest Service Oversight: Observe staff and vendor interactions with guests to ensure a high standard of service is maintained at all events.
Policy Review: Review and recommend updates to event operational policies and procedures for departmental efficiency and improvement.
Guest Services Desk Supervision: Oversee Guest Services Desk operations, conduct staff performance reviews, enforce disciplinary actions when necessary, and provide leadership and guidance to staff and vendors.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
Age: 21 years and older
Education: High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent educational experience.
Experience: At least 1 year of prior experience in the customer service field.
Schedule: Ability to work on-call 6-hour varied shifts based on event schedules, including weekends and holidays.
Entertainment Experience: Background in the entertainment industry, preferably with experience in concert venues.
Ticketing Knowledge: Familiarity with ticketing systems and processes is highly desirable.
Customer Service: Strong interpersonal skills and a proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service in fast-paced event settings.
