**About the role:**
Liquid I.V. is looking for a motivated, fast, and strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced environment to join our Operations team as a Special Pack Planning Analyst.
This role is responsible for all special pack projects, including displays and special pallets from production scheduling to delivery to Liquid IV Warehouse. This person will regularly collaborate with other groups within Operations, Sales, Marketing and Finance to execute the goals of Liquid I.V and ensure deliverables are being met. This candidate will also be working with external partners and holding them accountable. This candidate will be able to work autonomously, tracking deadlines and budgets, while also being an exceptional collaborator and team player.
**Functions and duties of this role include, but not limited to:**
+ Plan special pack production by applying planning best practices (frozen/slushy periods, batch sizes, safety stock, etc.) and ensuring WIP materials are available for production.
+ Manage and track execution of production plans with external partners.
+ Monitor finished good inventory levels and escalate supply issues, highlighting risk to the business and providing cut projections as needed.
+ Lead alignment on and track new product launch milestones with Materials, Logistics, copackers, and Project Management.
+ Develop and maintain reports and KPI’s that identify areas of opportunity, work with team to action.
+ Lead production planning meetings and communicate priorities and future production forecasts.
+ Closely collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Material and Demand Planning to understand material constraints and upcoming sales activities, and highlight/escalate risks.
+ Drive efficiencies within the supply chain to create an optimized and enhanced supply chain model.
+ Support ERP implementation by being a key user in UAT.
+ Support inventory process through ad hoc analysis.
**Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in business, economics, or any other business-related field).
+ Minimum 3-5 years’ experience.
+ Must have direct experience in production planning.
+ Experience in Microsoft D365, SAP, Kinaxis Rapid Response a plus.
+ High degree of intellectual curiosity, able to deep dive to identify root causes and develop action plans.
+ Highly organized and dependable.
+ Comfortable working in a very diverse, fast-paced environment, adhering to tight deadlines.
+ Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (specifically Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio). Access is a plus.
+ Able to perform data extraction and analysis on Excel.
+ Ability to prepare reports, presenting data with charts, graphs, and other tools.
+ Verbal and demonstrated written communication skills, ability to flex based on audience.
+ High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
+ Ability to learn and become proficient on new programs, dashboards, databases and tools very quickly.
+ Ability to manage multiple priorities, think tactically as well as strategically. Demonstrate objectivity, deliver results, and show initiative.
+ Must be flexible, work well under pressure, and have the ability to readily adapt to change.
+ Demonstrated ability to interact with vendors and colleagues in a thoughtful and attentive manner.

**Work Environment:**
+ Hybrid office environment with flexibility for industry events with up to 10% travel.

The expected salary range for this position is $73,800 - $110,800 annually and is bonus eligible. The exact salary is determined by various factors including experience, skills, education, geographic location, internal company equity, and budget.
