**Job Description**
**Job Summary:**
The Special Projects/Continuous Improvement Process Manager is a key role requiring extensive experience in a manufacturing setting. This manager will lead the development and implementation of projects aimed at improving operational efficiency and reducing product costs in alignment with TESI business objectives. You will identify areas for improvement, develop implementation strategies, and manage projects from planning through deployment. As the process manager, you will be responsible for controlling scope, schedule, cost, quality, and risk management.
**Detailed Description:**
+ Lead the development and implementation of projects and activities to improve operational efficiency and reduce product costs.
+ Identify and recommend areas for improvement and develop implementation strategies.
+ Oversee end-to-end project implementation, including planning, requirements gathering, configuration, testing, training, and deployment.
+ Serve as the program manager, responsible for developing and controlling scope, schedule, cost, quality, and risk management.
+ Initially focus on the implementation of MRP within Costpoint.
+ Collaborate with TBE subject matter experts and Deltek consultants to understand best practices related to Materials Requirements Planning.
+ Lead a cross-functional team including Operations, Business, Supply Chain, Quality, and Engineering, as well as TBE and Corporate IT, to conduct detailed analysis and process mapping of the current state.
+ Evaluate and prioritize potential improvements based on impact and feasibility.
+ Develop a roadmap and associated schedule to implement features of Costpoint that align with TESI’s business goals and strategy.
+ Lead a cross-functional team to implement the roadmap.
+ Monitor the results of changes to ensure effectiveness.
+ Maintain and optimize the ERP system post-enhancement, ensuring it continues to meet business needs.
+ Make continuous improvements and adjustments to maintain efficient operations.
**Requirements:**
+ Bachelor’s degree in engineering from an accredited university. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a manufacturing setting, including supply chain/logistics, engineering/capital deployment, operations/production, or business financials.
+ Experience with lean and manufacturing tools such as 5-whys, root-cause analysis, Six Sigma, Kaizen, value-stream mapping, etc.
+ Working knowledge of business tools such as ERP, MRP, CMMS/TPM, CRM, MS Office, etc.
+ Strong attention to detail and technical skills, while keeping overall strategy in mind.
+ Ability to analyze complex tasks, activities, projects, and situations to determine necessary skills and resources (time, funds, individuals, and tools).
+ Self-motivated, with sound decision-making and strong organizational skills.
+ Ability to communicate effectively with all levels within the organization.

**Salary range:**
$90,488 to $114,765 / annual (commensurate with experience, training, and education)
