Special Projects Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success and achieve company goals.


This role will focus specifically on projects involving the refurbishment and installation of Conveyors and Passenger Boarding Bridges. Experience in managing large-scale infrastructure or aviation-related projects will be highly beneficial. The position requires the willingness to travel and stay out of town for extended periods as necessary.


Responsibilities:

Plan and oversee conveyor and passenger boarding bridge refurbishment and installation projects from inception to completion. Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets. Collaborate with internal teams, stakeholders, and clients within the aviation and transportation sectors. Manage project resources, tasks, and deliverables. Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion. Communicate updates and reports to stakeholders. Ensure quality standards are met throughout the project lifecycle

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role, preferably in construction, infrastructure, or aviation projects. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and leadership abilities. Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, MS Project Maintenance Connection). Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. PMP or other relevant certification is a plus. Willingness to travel and remain out of town for extended periods as required. Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship. Must possess a Government ID and social security card. Must be able to obtain and keep an airport security badge. Must have or be able to attain reliable transportation. Able to work in extreme conditions, such as hot and cold weather, as well as small spaces Able to receive appropriate security clearances after satisfactory completion of a criminal background check. Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Must be able to work extended hours depending on operational needs.
