Patients arrive at destination within desired time frame or as scheduled. + Maintains knowledge of service area and frequently visited locations. + Informs dispatcher of unscheduled changes. + Service log is completed daily for maintenance inspections. Completion of transport form, all transports reflect proper documentation.
