Position summary: Responsible for general Associate relations functions, including identifying, intervening and resolving Associate relations issues. Facilitates communication, mediates grievances, discipline and termination issues. Interprets policy and assists with legal issues. Maintains exit interview process and monitors behavioral reports for trends. Maintains and sequesters records as needed. May perform other duties as assigned.
Job Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent. Five years of Human Resources experience with a minimum of two years of recent Associate Relations or HR related experience.
Preferred Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree or California Licensed RN. SPHR Certification. Experience in a health care setting. Collective Bargaining negotiations experience.
Salary range: $100,000 - $126,000 annually. Salary will be commensurate with experience.
