Job Description

Danfoss is looking for a french speaker Customer Service Specialist to work in the Backoffice team supporting our Front-line Customer service colleagues. You will be part of our Northern Europe Region team and be handling tickets in our CRM system and utilizing SAP for order-related tasks. Whether you bring some experience from customer service or you are a candidate eager to learn and advance within a global, corporate setting, this is an exciting opportunity to excel in delivering consistently high-quality service. 

The position is located in Riga, LV.

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to the following:

Provide professional support to customers.

Ensuring accurate and timely processing and management of standardized orders.

Maintain customer and product data in key systems, ensuring up-to-date and accurate information.

Respond to inquiries in a timely manner and resolve issues with high-quality solutions.

Identify, investigate, and resolve logistical and interaction issues and complaints.

Manage time effectively and approach tasks logically to meet deadlines.

Fulfill job responsibilities in alignment with established KPIs.

Liaise with key stakeholders to drive customer loyalty and identify new opportunities.

Remain open to development and continuous improvements to achieve best-in-class performance.

The ideal candidate possesses these skills:

French & English (Must have) - In this position the selected candidate will manage French Customers inquiries. And English is the official language in Danfoss.

Latvian (Nice to have)

Experience working with Customer Service related tasks and preferably SAP (Sales and Distribution) or any other ERP systems

Good level in MS Office tools usage

 Service-oriented person with excellent communication skills

Great attention to detail and good problem solving and time management skills

Willingness work together with others to achieve team and company goals

Experience with SalesForce or any other CRM systems is a plus.
