Essential Responsibilities
Execute/support on one or more HR Operations processes for G. China including but not limited to on/offboarding, transfer, document management. Maintain high standards of accuracy, timeliness, and quality to ensure processes & execution compliance with relevant regulatory, legal and GE HealthCare policy requirements Provide guidance to customer during life cycle changes while promoting “Best in Class” customer service. Help gather relevant data and support monitoring of operational performance by leveraging metrics & monthly review. Work closely with Alight to control Workday data quality, ensure consistency between system & suppliers’ record including but not limited to Ceridian, FESCO, SSQ, etc. Proactively identify, recommend and drive continuous improvements within assigned processes, work closely with cross-functional teams & local vendors to propose process improvements to reduce waste, manual work, align to global standards and increase productivity. Establish strong working relationship with function team, local vendors to ensure an effective communication & strong partnership across HR Community, as well as employees and people leaders. Develop in depth understanding & broad knowledge of processing procedures to ensure successful execution. Participate in global/regional/cross-functional project efforts in key operational processing areas. Tasks assigned by manager
Qualifications/Requirements
Fluent in both English and Mandarin, verbal and written Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college in related area 3+ years of experience in HR operations of related work experience, ideally in MNC To be successful in this role, you will need to have the ability to work in a complex and rapidly changing work environment across multiple stakeholder groups and countries, with comfort and efficiency
