Overview
The Talent Acquisition team is looking for an Associate Specialist to help drive our Operational Excellence in Talent Acquisition by consistently innovating and problem-solving. The ideal candidate is passionate about the candidate and recruiter experience journey, highly motivated, intellectually curious, analytical, and possesses an entrepreneurial mindset.
Role
In this position, you will:
•\tManage and maintain our Talent Acquisition Knowledge Center
•\tConduct Training for new processes and New Hire Onboarding for TA
•\tCreate and maintain Process Documentation for both TA and S&O including trackers, policies and process workflow
•\tInternal TA communication support
•\tManage User access for a number of TA platforms, such as LinkedIn etc.
•\tVendor Management Support
•\tTroubleshooting Workday Recruiting processes and escalations
•\tAgile Project support as needed
•\tStorytelling and deck creation
