CASTING COORDINATOR

The ICON Studios Production team is seeking a Casting Coordinator for our Portland Studio. The successful candidate is a well-organized and highly efficient individual who is interested in supporting in E-Commerce casting and beyond.
Duties include:
Reaching out to agents for packages and creating a spreadsheet with different packages for the Casting Manager to reviewSending selects to agents to coordinate casting timesOn set morning check ins to ensure smooth and on set model arrival, fielding any questionsPartner with creative to intake and note casting feedback, making adjustments to future bookings as neededBe able to negotiate rates and usage when applicable to support approved budgetsAssist on in-person castings: creating the schedule, setting up product, creating check in sheetsMaintaining internal database updated with agency info, sizing, contact info, link to portfolios as well as images and videos from the in-person castings / digital submissionsCreating spreadsheet with approved models for the season to then be uploaded into internal scheduling platformWorking with Casting Manager to check model availability and track in internal scheduling platformAdministrative support for billing, invoicing, and contractsIntake and tracking of casting projects where neededAnticipating needs of an everchanging e-commerce roster and beyondEnsure all vendor studios have the rosters needed to successfully execute productionsTracking, coding, and processing daily invoicesAttend team and organizational meetings as neededQualifications / Experience
Minimum 2 years production and/or casting experience requiredUnderstanding of digital photography, production studio pace and efficiencyFlexible and able to adapt to last minute additions to schedules and changes in directionSelf-motivated, results oriented and well organizedAble to successfully manage multiple priorities against business goalsExceptional verbal and written communication skillsExceptional organizational skillsProficiency in Airtable preferredNIKE, Inc. is a growth company that looks for team members to grow with it.
