**The Team**
The Identity Access Management Operations team within Cyber Security Operations is responsible for the execution of established security controls pertaining to identity and access management. This includes the centralized provisioning of user identities, the user accounts linked to those identities, management of privileged access, as well as the selection and integration of identity management tools.
**The role**
The incumbent is responsible for supporting the achievement of the Bank’s information security objectives of integrity, confidentiality/privacy, availability, and continuity by:
+ Contributes to the overall success of IAM Operations by ensuring specific individual goals, plans, initiatives are executed / delivered in support of the team’s business strategies and objectives.
+ Ensuring logical access control is effectively implemented across the Enterprise.
+ Addressing logical access and risks corresponding with the Bank’s risk appetite.
+ Providing support for logical access such as AD, LDAP, workstation local admin, vFilers, privileged access, toxic combinations (i.e., SOD) etc. for applications and platforms
+ Supporting the business to understand their responsibilities with respect to logical access controls.
**Is this role right for you? In this role, you will:**
+ Work with technology & business stakeholders to define and document Logical Access Control Matrices and related documents.
+ Centralize multiple intake channels for Identity Lifecycle operations, including consultation on process / policy; project scoping and estimation; and support ticket escalation.
+ Continuously, provides value and consistency added to the user and customer experience by improving workflows associated with bank’s onboarding and Logical Access platforms.
+ Perform required tasks for Logical Access Control; tasks relevant to Identity & Access Management including access request, access provision/deprovision, communication, and documentation of operational processes and procedures, etc.
+ Review and resolve IDM conflicts.
+ Ensure logical access control is effectively implemented across the Enterprise.
+ Address logical access and risks corresponding with the Bank’s risk appetite
+ Process Add/remove/change activities, and provide support on access issues for ScotiaID, Windows ID (Active Directory), AD Security Groups, Service Accounts, Local Workstation Administration
+ Utilize troubleshooting skills to understand complex systems/issues, and potential root causes.
+ Prioritize, classify, track and report on request escalations.
+ Liaise with 2nd and 3rd level support when required.
+ Provide after-hours availability for any urgent issues / incidents / escalations.
+ Provide reports and data, as requested, for audits and walkthroughs of internal controls IAMOPS IAMO owned processes.
+ Champions a high-performance environment and contributes to an inclusive work environment
+ Escalate all high priority issues affecting availability, customer impact and user impact to the Director of IAMO.
**Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role? We'd love to work with you if you have** **:**
+ 5+ years’ Experience managing users and groups in Active Directory on-prem and LDAP systems
+ 5+ years’ Experience with SailPoint, Centrify/ similar PAM solution for ID/User onboarding and management, PowerShell, ServiceNow, SQL/Oracle.
+ Diploma in Computer Science or technical equivalent
+ Technical and Security Designation is an asset ( **MCSE\MCSA** , CISSP, Security+)
+ 5-7 years technical work experience
+ Fluent in English language both verbal and written
+ Spanish speaking is an asset but not a requirement
